I'm not the best at pairing jewelry with dresses so I need a little help in this area! I'm thinking a simple pendant and earrings, nothing flashy though, what do you think?
Also, I'm doing an updo, and kinda wanted my BMs to wear their hair down or only half up to stand apart. But one BM said an updo would look best because it's a long dress and pretty formal wedding. But the dresses will have a fushchia sash that kind of makes them less formal.
Here's the dress, it will be in black with a fuschia sash right under the bust.

What jewelry and hair for the Bridesmaids?
For the weddings I've been in, we've been given guidelines, not edicts. For instance, pearls instead of crystals, do your hair however you want, just not all the way up, pick your own shoes because you're going to be wearing them all day, etc. I'd trust my bridesmaids to respect my wishes but still show up looking fantastic. They're also adults, so I'm pretty sure they can dress themselves, and they already bought a dress, so they may be getting cash strapped. Don't forget, they still have to organize and pay for the various parties (which includes buying you presents) and still buy you presents for the event itself.
If you really want to control that much of the event, maybe you should help them out by buying them the jewelry you want them to wear. If you don't need that much control, but still want to make sure it looks good, have them check in with you individually on what they're planning so you can see it, then you can give helpful hints, share some ideas, etc.
By the way, the dress is really pretty! My BM dresses are coming from there as well!

here's a valuable fashion tip
the tight updo with the cheezy hairsprayed curlets are dead
never wear this to your wedding
its like what people did in the 90's and what trashy highschool girls wear to dances
do yourself a favor and don't do an updo like this
http://www.kaboodle.com/hi/img/2/0/0/3c/...
now seeing that dress i'd go with the second wavy updo type
and just do nice drop earings not chandelier...drop
and maybe a bracelet
try something more now and free

Simple one strand short thin necklace that will not take away from the lines of the dress. With black and fuschia I would say silver, pearl or crystal. Earings to match. I would let the bridesmaids choose their own hairstyle for whatever flatters them the most.

The simpler the jewelry the better. I like your idea of a simple pendant and earrings. As far as their hair I'd let them wear whatever they like. Honestly, no one is going to pay the BM's too much attention unless they are trying to grab it. It's hard to outshine a bride on her wedding day.
Good luck and congratulations

I think their hair would be best worn down or half-up. The dress will be fine with their hair that way. I would have necklaces with a few strands, such as pearls or jeweled.
Those dresses will be very pretty though! Congrats!

The woman modeling the dress, is showing the dress with what I think is the ideal necklace and hair style. If you are wearing your hair back, I would suggest having the bridesmaids wear their hair half up it will provide soft continuity.

I just had this discussion with my Brother and his Fiancee about 20 minutes ago. It is YOUR wedding, If you want your bridesmaids to wear their hair down, then tell them. If you want your hair up, then do it. I don't think the dress you chose is too formal for hair down. I agree that the bride needs to be set apart from the rest. As far as Jewelry goes, totally up to you but I agree that something simple would be best. Since the neckline of the dresses is not a V or a plunge, you might think about a simple choker type.

Anyway, just don't stress about it and whatever you choose will look great. Congrats and have an awesome wedding.

Just let them figure what hairstyle and jewelry works best for them and leave yourself out of it. NO ONE will notice and you don't want a bridesmaid looking crazy because her hair doesn't suit her face shape. You're in a wedding dress - you will already stand out.

Let THEM choose whatever they want. The days of the "dress-me-up-barbie" cloned bridesmaids have passed. Jewelry and hair is a very, very small way to let your girls express their individual personalities and make themselves comfortable.
Besides that people have skin allergies and I've seen too many poor laides with green necks and red rings because the bride chose some Claire's imitation junk.

I would have all the girls have some sort of updo if you are going to have one yourself. It will look more polished and finished. I think just letting the hair be down looks to casual. And half up styles just end up looking all the same. As for jewelry I like these:
in black
