What colour goes good with hazlenut eyes, black crew cut hair, light brown skin colour for semi-form

Going to semi-formal with some friends (who're bringing their bf/gf's...had to throw that in) this is gr.12 senior year...im going solo and looking to wear dress pants with shirt (no tie?) and possibly a blazer/suit jacket...is that attire ok? and what colour shirt would look good for me? if you need more info please ask...thank you

Olive green dress shirt would look fantastic. So wear a black suit, olive green dress shirt with a creme colored (not white, but a tiny bit darker) tie. But the tie is optional.

Cant go wrong with a white crisp shirt, royal blue too, if it goes with your blazer/dress pants.

Wear a purple, blue, or green dress shirt with VERY pale stripes or dots if you want, unless it's purple. No decorations for you if you choose purple. It has to have a collar. You can wear a jacket that is black, but pull the shirt collar out so it goes over the jacket. It is good to wear khaki pants and black shoes with that.

P.S. They are not called hazelnut eyes, it's just hazel. I have hazel eyes, too.
