Ok, so my winter formal is next thursday and I had originally planned to go to the salon and get a professional updo, but I just found out that I will have a drama rehearsal until 6:00, and the formal starts at 7:00. I need a really quick and easy updo that I can do in less than an hour. I have thick, semi straight, shoulder length hair and bangs that go to my eyebrows. Plz Help....I am super desperate

Get an elastic ponytail holder that matches your hair color, and a real-looking silk gardenia, or another real-looking silk flower that matches your dress.

Pull all your hair except your bangs back into a low ponytail, and tuck it under so that the ends are underneath. Secure it and all the ends tightly with the ponytail holder, and smooth the sides of your hair with spray. Brush your bangs to one side if you like and spray, or bend them under slightly with a curling iron and wear them straight down. Spray to hold in place. Now attach the flower to your hair behind one ear, between the ear and the ponytail. Very classy and quick. Maybe add some pearl earrings too.
